Kay Jewelers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Birmingham to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will supervise staff, enforce company policies, and support promotions and training to build a high-performing team.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year in retail, solid knowledge of POS systems and a track record of coaching others. This role offers opportunities for advancement and a competitive total rewards package

Assistant Store Manager

Join our team as an Assistant Store Manager and have a positive impact on many lives. The Assistant Store Manager is also responsible for following and enforcing all Company policies and procedures and performing other operational and strategic duties. Job Requirements:

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends
