Job summary

Kay Jewelers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will help train and develop team members, enforce company policies, and recruit staff as needed.

Base pay ranges from $16.50 to $26.30 per hour plus sales commission, with full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid vacation and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners; basic computer software/hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.
