Job summary

Stonebriar Auto Services LLC, operating the Jiffy Lube location, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to provide hands-on leadership, coach teammates, and ensure safety while guiding the team to meet store objectives and deliver exceptional guest service.

The role may include performing duties of Lube Techs or Mechanics as needed; supervisory experience is valued, and a current driver's license is required.

• Supervisory experience in a service/retail environment preferred.
• Ability to train staff and ensure safety compliance.
• Strong guest service orientation and motivation skills.
• Current valid driver's license.

We're seeking talented candidates for an Assistant Store Manager position at Jiffy Lube. Jiffy Lube is America's leader in vehicle preventive maintenance services with over 2,000 locations. As a member of the location management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing "hands-on" overall leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates to ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meets or exceeds company goals, while ensuring an energetic and fun working environment for all team members. This position will frequently perform the functions of other store team members such as Lube Techs and Mechanics / Certified Technicians as required due to business needs, team member absences, or other factors. Previous vehicle maintenance experience is strongly preferred, but not required. If you have a stable work history in a physical environment with supervisory experience, we can train you. A current and valid driver's license is required.
