Fischer's Neighborhood Market in Kerrville, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store 310 to support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and help drive sales, profit and customer satisfaction. You will lead and coach team members, participate in interviewing, hiring and training, model our core values, and build a positive, process-driven store environment.

A track record in a high-volume retail setting is preferred.
