Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween in Boise, Idaho is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help deliver guest services excellence and support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, merchandising and inventory control.

This position requires 18+ years of age, prior retail or management experience, and physical stamina to stand/walk for long periods, climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds; up to 38 hours per week.

Qualifications

• The minimum age requirement for an Assistant Store Manager is 18.
• Prior retail and or management experience is required.
• The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services; support the Store Manager in merchandising, inventory control and all store operations to drive sales and profitability.
