A prominent retail company in Florida is seeking an Assistant Store Manager responsible for maximising store sales and profitability. The role includes guest services establishment, support to the Store Manager, and management of merchandising and inventory control. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess prior retail and/or management experience, and be capable of physical demands such as lifting and standing for extended periods. This position offers a part-time work schedule of up to 38 hours a week, with an hourly rate between $18.00 and $18.25 depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and or management experience is required.
• Minimum age requirement is 18 years.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for over 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Support the Store Manager with operational tasks for maximum sales.
