Signet Jewelers, a leading retailer recognized for celebrating individuality, invites you to join us as an Assistant Store Manager. You will support the Store Manager in driving sales, achieving profit targets and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You will develop your team through coaching and training, recruit and select staff, enforce company policies, and contribute to daily operations and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select team members.
• Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures and perform other operational and strategic duties.
