Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead, develop and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping and receiving, with a focus on shrink prevention.
• Attract, recruit and develop Associates; mentor and role model to ensure a positive experience for both Associates and customers.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, company initiatives, and store changes; provide input on succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and operational programs and improve store layout and efficiency.
