Circle K Stores Inc. in Edwardsville, IL is seeking an Assistant Manager to support Store Manager at Store 4701360. This role requires flexible shifts (days, evenings, overnights plus weekends) and full-time availability.

You’ll help hire, supervise staff, manage daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising while upholding our high standards and delivering fast, friendly service to customers. Regular onsite attendance is expected and you’ll contribute to our food program as well.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with oversight of the Stationstore operations.
• Help with hiring, supervising and working with the staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising.
• Maintain our high standards and provide fast and friendly service to our customers.
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Execute our food program standards with excellence.
• Set a positive example for the team with urgency, patience and leadership.
