The right candidate pays attention to details, stays organized, and enjoys solving problems. Starting wage is $16.50 per hour with a monthly bonus plan and comprehensive benefits. No evening hours are required.

• Rent storage units.
• Prepare rental agreements.
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities.
• Cleaning of vacated units and general cleaning of the property.

• Light maintenance.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services.
• Maintain general curb appeal.
• Must have reliable transportation a valid Drivers License and current auto insurance.
