Job summary

Domino's in New Mexico is seeking a friendly, motivated team member to support the General Manager in daily operations. This full-time role focuses on maintaining standards, supervising staff, and ensuring smooth store performance.

You will help hire and onboard new team members, manage inventory, and keep the store clean and organized. Prior quick-service experience is a plus. Benefits include medical, dental, and 401K.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-Time availability.
• Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience is a plus.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams.
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards.
• Counting inventory and supplies.
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards.
• Efficient employee supervision.
• Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
• Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment.
• Rotating commissary deliveries.
• Other job duties, as needed.
