Job Description

Position starts at $20.05 with annual merit increases and production bonuses. Full-time team members are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, career development, and a team member discount.

Summary

Assists with the management, leadership, and operations of a retail store and donation center by performing the following duties:

  • Manage sales, expenses, payroll, personnel issues, accounting, merchandising, loss prevention, and staff development.
  • Support the Store Manager in hiring, onboarding, and staff training.
  • Ensure daily sales reports and cash receipts are accurate and deposits are made regularly.
  • Coordinate shipments and maintain adequate product levels to meet sales goals.
  • Open and close the store, perform administrative duties, and secure the premises.
  • Handle customer refunds and complaints, oversee donation processing, and arrange merchandise.
  • Maintain a positive sales team environment through communication and incentives.
  • Supervise store personnel in the absence of the Store Manager, including interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management.
