Circle K in Rantoul, Illinois is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our fast-paced team. You will assist the Store Manager with daily Stationstore operations, staff scheduling, and merchandising while maintaining high standards and delivering friendly customer service.

Qualifications

Retail and supervisory/management experience preferred.
Experience recruiting, interviewing and hiring staff.
Ability to plan, organize and communicate effectively.
High School or College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations.
Help hire, supervise and work with staff on daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising.
Maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly service; ensure on-site attendance.
Support execution of Circle K food program with energy and leadership.
