Qualifications

• Retail experience required.
• Supervisor or management experience preferred.
• Recruiting/hiring/interviewing skills valued.
• Experience handling food beneficial.
• High School/College Degree(s) expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations.
• Help with hiring, supervising and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising.
• Maintain high standards and provide fast and friendly service to customers; ensure consistent onsite attendance.
• Support food program implementation and lead by example with urgency, patience and leadership.
