Holiday Stationstores Inc. in Lake Elmo, MN seeks an Assistant Manager to support Store 2746310. You will assist the Store Manager with daily operations, hire and supervise staff, handle bookkeeping and merchandising, and ensure fast, friendly service for every customer.

You will execute the food program, set a strong example with urgency and leadership, and maintain high standards with consistent onsite attendance. This role offers flexible shifts and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred.
• Supervisor or management experience is expected.
• Recruiting/hiring/interviewing skills are desirable.
• Experience handling food is a plus.
• High School or College degree(s) required or desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with oversight of station operations.
• Hire, supervise and work with staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising.
• Maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly service to customers, with regular onsite attendance.
• Execute the food program and model urgency and leadership for the team.
