Circle K in Hastings, MN is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in a fast-paced, friendly environment. You will assist the Store Manager with oversight of store operations, hiring and supervising staff, and handling daily bookkeeping and merchandising to maintain high standards.

You’ll communicate plans, lead a team, participate in training, and ensure dependable onsite attendance while supporting our food program and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in customer-facing settings.
• Supervisor or management experience preferred.
• Recruiting/hiring/interviewing skills valued.
• Experience handling food is a plus.
• High School/College Degree(s) preferred.
