Circle K is seeking an Assistant Manager in Henderson, KY to help oversee Stationstore operations and staff. You will assist in hiring, supervising and training the team, while maintaining our high service and food program standards.

You will lead with urgency, empathy and teamwork, ensuring smooth daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising, and delivering fast, friendly service to customers in a busy convenience store environment.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience required.
• Management or supervisor experience preferred.
• Recruiting/hiring/interviewing skills.
• Experience handling food is a plus.
• High School/College Degree(s) required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations.
• Hire, supervise and mentor staff for daily tasks and merchandising.
• Maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly service to customers.
• Ensure regular onsite attendance and execute the food program standards.
