Job summary

Suitsupply is opening a new store at The Shops at Clearfork in Fort Worth, Texas. We are seeking an independent, highly responsible Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will lead a professional store team, coach and motivate staff, and ensure all service standards and visual guidelines are followed. This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays and offers a strong training program

Qualifications

• Experience in management, sales, hospitality, or service.
• Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills.
• Strong leadership, coaching and motivational abilities.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager to lead and develop a professional store team to achieve goals.
• Collaborate with training teams to develop a gold standard team.
• Establish weekly/monthly objectives for the team.
• Ensure employees present professionally and deliver highest level of customer service.
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays per visual guidelines.
• Coordinate with store support departments and HR on policies and development.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager.
