As an Assistant manager you are responsible for providing supervision and oversight for the store operations. An assistant manager supports leadership to achieve net revenue goals and implements effective scheduling techniques to maximize the staff. The assistant manager develops and trains leaders and team members and ensures company policies and procedures are followed.
The Douglas retail store, located at 1300 S Madison Ave., is currently looking for a hard-working and dedicated Assistant Manager.
You will be hired as an Assistant Manager, however, you will be cross-trained and expected to learn and work in all areas of the retail operation.
A full-time position averages 30-40 hours per week. Hours will fluctuate based on business needs (i.e., seasonal changes, donation volumes, etc.). Operating days will fluctuate based on store location. The Assistant Manager must be available to work any shift Monday through Sunday.
