Lucky Brand in Thornton, CO seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in building a high-energy team and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will help run store operations and maintain visual standards while developing managers and associates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Co/Assistant Manager in an apparel setting.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and targets.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

• Partner with the Store Manager to plan actions to grow the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Develop team members to deliver a great customer experience.
• Oversee assigned area and be accountable for results.
• Ensure merchandising and operations standards are met consistently.

You also share the responsibility to execute all store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. Reporting

The Assistant Store Manager reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute management functions in the absence of Store Manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Co/Assistant Manager in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

Other Requirements

• Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.
