Crosbysstores in New York is seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations. In this role, you will help create a welcoming environment while ensuring excellent customer service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining standards, and training new associates. The ideal candidate will need to be at least 21 years old, have a high school diploma, and be prepared to work various hours, including weekends. Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Able to work at least 40 hours/week, including weekends and 3 evenings.
• Valid Driver’s license needed.
• Reliable transportation for position requirements.
• Serve Safe certified preferred.
