Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or hospitality management (automotive a plus).
• Valid Driver’s License & Age 18+.
• Fluent in English.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Open/close the store and manage daily operations.
• Oversee inventory, cash control, and deposits.
• Support the General Manager in maintaining service standards.
