URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Department Manager for Anthropologie in Wichita, KS. You will support service, selling, and operations to create an engaging store environment and foster community involvement.

Responsibilities include leading the salesfloor, assisting in recruitment and onboarding, promoting the SPARKED program, and partnering with styling teams to drive brand events and omni fulfillment while upholding store standards.

Qualifications

• Anthro brand knowledge and enthusiasm for the brand culture.
• 1+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Experience working as part of a team and leading others.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the salesfloor with elevated communication to drive customer experience.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding to maintain a diverse, engaged team.
• Utilize brand resources to support employee development and team building initiatives.
• Support daily operations including opening/closing, merchandising, stock, and facilities or IT issues.
• Collaborate with partners to execute shipment and omni fulfillment processes and uphold brand standards.
