Signet Jewelers in Virginia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store leadership and deliver exceptional customer service while meeting sales goals. You will coach staff, monitor standards, and assist in daily store operations.

Key duties include training and evaluating team members, recruiting new staff, enforcing policies, and driving profitability through merchandising and efficiency while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining daily focus on standards attainment to meet sales and profit projections.
• Contributing to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.

Salary

Base pay, $16.50 – $21.00 plus commission on sales. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
