Job summary

Signet Jewelers Limited is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Moorestown Township, New Jersey. In this role, you will assist the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit goals while ensuring total customer satisfaction. You'll also develop team members through training and enforce company policies.

The ideal candidate should possess at least one year of retail experience and be capable of operating POS terminals. The position offers a competitive base pay of $16.50 – $21.00 plus commission, with benefits including medical insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

Assistant Store Manager

Assistant Store Managers assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections, contributing to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction; developing skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation; and recruiting and selecting team members. The Assistant Store Manager is also responsible for following and enforcing all Company policies and procedures and performing other operational and strategic duties.

Job Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Base Pay

Base pay, $16.50 – $21.00 plus commission on sales. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
