Signet Jewelers Limited is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Edison, NJ to support the Store Manager in driving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will train and develop team members, participate in recruiting, and ensure compliance with company policies while managing daily operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and delivering a superior customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Assistant Store Manager

Assistant Store Managers assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections; contributing to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction; developing skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation; and recruiting and selection of team members. The Assistant Store Manager is also responsible for following and enforcing all Company policies and procedures and performing other operational and strategic duties.

• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select team members.
• Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Total Rewards

Base pay, $16.50 – $25.20 plus commission on sales. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
