Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in maintaining daily operations, achieving sales and profit goals, ensuring customer satisfaction, training and developing team members, and recruiting staff. You will also enforce company policies and perform operational duties.

Job Requirements:

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills
• Ability to interpret various instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule formats
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends
