Responsibilities

• Lead development of a high-performing team in the absence of the Store Manager.

• Help meet sales targets and manage inventory and cash flow to drive store performance.
• Oversee store operations with efficient workflows and adherence to company standards.
• Ensure customers receive WOW! service and resolve concerns proactively.
