Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) is seeking a Store Leader to run daily sales floor operations and support store teams. You will drive revenue, manage donations, and ensure customer satisfaction while upholding Goodwill brand standards.
Successful candidates will have retail management experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Willingness to travel among GCNA stores and participate in training is required.

Position Description: Leads the daily operations of the sales floor at a Retail Store location for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities to help fund the Goodwill mission of ending unemployment. Assists with leading production room as appropriate.
Key responsibilities include people leadership, store operations, customer service, financial management, inventory control, donation processing, and training and development of store Team Members.
