Job summary

Kwik Trip, Inc. seeks an Assistant Manager to lead a busy retail/food location. You will hire, train, and schedule 20–60 coworkers, with responsibilities including kitchen duties, food safety, ordering, inventory, and P&L management.

Ideal candidates bring strong people skills, enjoy mentoring others, and can maintain a clean, inviting store in a fast-paced setting. Prior management experience is required and benefits are comprehensive.

Location: Kwik Trip 307
Shift: Variable
Leadership Experience: 1-3 years
Full Pay Range: $49,298.00to$73,951.00

Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

Assistant Manager

This position oversees all aspects of running a retail/food location

Schedule

Our Assistant Managers are typically scheduled 45 hours during a 5 day work-week and receive time and half for any additional hours worked over 40 in a week.
