Job summary

AT&T's Tonawanda, NY location is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations, merchandising, and product launches while leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You'll coach a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals, partner with the store manager on initiatives, and participate in off-site events and promotional activities. Comprehensive paid training starts on day one.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology and AT&T mobility systems
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls

Exciting news! We’re offering a specific $3,000 Sign On Bonus ($500 after 90 days, $500 after 6 months, and $2000 at 1 year of service) for external candidates, including this location. (Internal employees are not eligible)

In this role, you’ll partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store. From assisting with merchandising and product launches to helping to meet and exceed sales objectives, you’ll ensure that customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services. You'll perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed. And you won’t be in this alone. You’ll gain valuable experience coaching a team of retail sales consultants to ensure they meet sales and service goals.

Our Assistant Store Managers earn $47,500 - $71,300 + $18,000+ commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
