AT&T Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations in Brentwood, MO, driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will lead merchandising, product launches, and team development while coordinating with store leadership to achieve performance goals. You will oversee scheduling, coaching, and executing initiatives to ensure exceptional customer experiences with AT&T mobility services and entertainment offerings.

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.

Support the Store Manager in daily operations, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and optimizing operational efficiency to achieve the store’s performance goals. With your retail knowledge and leadership abilities, you’ll help oversee store operations, manage and develop a team and ensure AT&T customers experience our best-in-class services, entertainment and technology. In this role, you’ll partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store. From assisting with merchandising and product launches to helping to meet and exceed sales objectives, you’ll ensure that customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services. You'll perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off site events as needed. And you won’t be in this alone. We offer best in class paid training that will set you up for leadership success. You’ll gain valuable experience coaching a team of retail sales consultants to ensure they meet sales and service goals.

Our Assistant Store Managers earn a base salary between $47,500 - $71,300 + 18,000 commission with a total target compensation of $65,500 – $89,300. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
