Job summary

Carter's is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Southaven, MS to lead a friendly, customer‑focused team on the sales floor. You will coach staff, manage schedules, and drive store KPIs while delivering Carter's brand experience.

You will partner with the Store Manager to recruit, train, and develop talent, ensure operational controls, and maintain merchandising standards. A high school diploma is required and previous retail leadership is preferred.
