AT&T in San Jose, CA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service while optimizing efficiency.

You will partner with the store manager to lead merchandising, product launches and promotional activities, coach a team of sales consultants, and help achieve sales and service goals to create outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Support the Store Manager in daily operations, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and optimizing operational efficiency to achieve the store’s performance goals.

In this role, you’ll partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store. From assisting with merchandising and product launches to helping to meet and exceed sales objectives, you’ll ensure that customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services. You'll perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off site events as needed. And you won’t be in this alone. You’ll gain valuable experience coaching a team of retail sales consultants to ensure they meet sales and service goals.

Our Assistant Store Managers earn a base salary between $57,000 - $85,600 + 18,000 commission with a total target compensation of $75,000 – $103,600. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
