Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Create a superior customer service experience to maximize market penetration, store growth, sales, and profitability
  • Provide daily leadership and foster a culture of employee engagement
  • Partner with teammates to drive store initiatives

  • Lead a successful team, support the store manager, and manage store operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage inventory, assets, safety, and operational issues
  • Ensure cleanliness and readiness of all store areas and delivery vehicles

  • Build customer relationships and ensure positive in-store and phone experiences
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school coursework is a plus
  • Experience or willingness to learn about the automotive aftermarket or DIY hobbies
  • Passion for customer care and building long-term relationships
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
  • Preferred: automotive industry background, ASE Certifications, NAPA Know How, or experience in related fields
