Job summary
The Vitamin Shoppe in Renton, WA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team of Health Enthusiasts® and guide customers on lifelong wellness. You will drive daily sales, champion training, and help recruit and develop top talent.

Qualifications
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction.
- 3–5 years of retail experience.
- Retail management experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Flexible schedule (holidays, weekends, locations) depending on business needs.

- Maintain regular store maintenance, follow loss prevention standards, ensure timely processing of receipts, keep shelves full and products priced accordingly.
- Be willing to perform additional duties as required.

The wage for this position is based on many factors such as role requirements, skill set, years of experience and other organizational needs. The estimated range is $22.75 - $24.50 per hour.
