NAPA Auto Parts in Oxnard/Camarillo, CA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team and drive customer service excellence in a fast-paced retail setting. You will support the store manager, oversee daily operations, and help grow sales and profitability.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, employee engagement, and collaboration across wholesale and retail channels. A strong customer-first attitude and experience in automotive or related industries are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Technical or trade school courses or degree completion.
• Experience in the automotive after-market service industry or hobby/DIY world, or willingness to learn all things automotive.
• Passion for delivering customer care and building long term relationships.
• Thrive in a very fast paced and complex environment.
• Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems.
• Ability to lift 60lbs in some situations.

This position offers a starting hourly rate of $25.00. For other positions, the starting rate will be determined based on individual skills, experience, and qualifications.
