The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in the achievement of driving sales, credit, miscellaneous revenue, expense management, and planned cost recovery goals. The Assistant Store Manager ensures that corporate programs and policies are executed in a way that maximizes store cost recovery, through superior customer service with both Associate and asset productivity. The Assistant Store Manager ensures that the store's presentation standards are maintained at the highest possible level. The Assistant Store Manager is also a role model within the unit for abiding by and holding others accountable to the overall business practices.
As required by multiple state pay transparency laws, American Freight provides a reasonable range of compensation for each job posting. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, achieving sales goals, skill set, level of experience, and cultural fit. The range of starting pay for this role is $45,000 to $62,000 per year.
