Safelite Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead front line teams and drive operations at a retail location. The role focuses on customer experience, staff development, cash management, inventory control, loss prevention, safety and store presentation.
You will coach associates, optimize workflows, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining a professional, high‑performing store environment.
The Assistant Store Manager provides leadership and direction to front line associates to ensure that our customers have a memorable experience. This professional leads operations for an individual retail location, including assigned associates, cash management, inventory control, loss prevention, safety, store appearance and more.

Base Pay Range Min - Max (in $USD): $48,000.00 - $72,000.00
