The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our Montecito Retail team.
SUMMARY:
The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, providing a high level of customer service, and driving sales to ensure store goals are met/exceeded. You will assist with leading a dedicated team of Stylists/Ambassadors and foster a positive work environment that encourages growth & development.

Full-Time employees should have open availability, 7 days a week, between 32 - 40 hours. All employees must be able to work during the company's Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving through the end of the holiday season (early January).
