Seeking a full-time employee (minimum 35 hours) who has 1-3 Years Leadership experience and has the desire and capability to grow within our company! We are a professional tanning & wellness salon that seeks to excellently serve our clients to create positive experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Meet sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Consult customers in a professional and upbeat manner
• Ensure customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Cash Handling, Opening/Closing procedures
• Daily administrative paperwork, goal tracking.
• Set example for non management staff

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in retail, customer service environment.
• 1-3 Years Leadership experience preferred
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to list 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends
