AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee daily retail operations and lead a team toward superior customer experiences. You will work with the store manager on merchandising, product launches, and achieving sales objectives, while driving outreach activities and off-site events.

The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and strategic planning to inspire high performance and collaboration among the team, with opportunities for career growth and comprehensive benefits.

Our Assistant Store Managers earn $42,800 - $64,200 in annual salary plus $18,000+ in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
