Michael Kors is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a customer-centric team and manage day-to-day store operations. You will drive an elevated shopping experience, mentor staff, and grow client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and the ability to leverage Omni channel tools to increase traffic and sales while maintaining outstanding service standards.

ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER WHO YOU ARE:

YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:

• 3+ years of relevant retail management experience
• Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing in English required

• Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days, including but not limited to the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother’s Day, etc.
