Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Lubbock to lead store operations and coach a team of sales consultants. You will partner with the store manager on merchandising, product launches, and achieving sales objectives to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

The role requires leadership, 3+ years in sales/customer experience, and prior management. Expect robust training, on-site collaboration, and opportunities for career growth within AT&T’s retail network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in partnership with the store manager.
• Coach and develop a retail sales team to achieve sales and service goals.

Our Assistant Retail Store Manager jobs earn between $42,800.00 - $64,200.00 + commission $18,000 . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
