Job summary

AT&T Mobility Services in Lone Tree, CO is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations and coach a team of sales consultants. You will partner with the store manager on merchandising, product launches, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will drive sales objectives, participate in outreach and on-site events, and help train colleagues through best-in-class paid onboarding. Leadership development and collaboration are key to success.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.

From assisting with merchandising and product launches to helping to meet and exceed sales objectives, you'll ensure that customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services. You'll perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed. And you won't be in this alone. You'll gain valuable experience coaching a team of retail sales consultants to ensure they meet sales and service goals.

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus offered. Not applicable to internal employees. To be eligible you must be hired by AT&T for the location(s) listed. AT&T reserves the right, at its discretion, to pay your bonus payments after 90-days of your first date of employment @$2500.00 and the second payment after you complete 180 days (6 months) of employment @$2500.00. Your receipt of these bonus payouts are contingent upon your agreement with the terms set forth under Agreement for Repayment of Sign On Bonus and in general, provides that you will repay the bonus if you voluntarily terminate your employment within 12 months of the first day of your employment. Program ends 12/31/2026

$53,200.00 - $79,800.00 + commission $18,000 . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
