What You’ll Do

• Support store performance by managing sales, expenses, and key operations including merchandising, backroom, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving, with a focus on minimizing shrink and damages.
• Recruit, train, and develop top talent. Serve as a mentor and foster a positive environment for both staff and customers.
• Implement action plans for projects, targets, initiatives, and store changes. Contribute to succession planning.
• Develop strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service goals. Oversee loss prevention and store layout improvements.

About You

• Minimum of 2 years retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Proven ability to lead and develop large teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to influence and mentor.
• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, safety, and loss prevention with strong follow-through skills.

This is a bonus and overtime eligible position with a starting pay range of $22.05 to $30.30 per hour, approximately $54,956.54 - $75,518.51 annually, depending on skills and experience.
