Job summary

Nautica is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Lee, MA to support the Store Manager in driving results and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will help manage operations, merchandising, and staff development to maintain a visually appealing store and a positive team environment.

The role requires leadership, a track record of sales success, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Occasional travel to other Nautica locations may be needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Co/Assistant Manager in a similar volume apparel setting.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Occasional travel to other store locations if needed.

Assistant Store Manager Overview

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager to build a team that delivers results through providing an amazing customer experience. You also share the responsibility to execute all store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. Responsibilities

As the Assistant Store Manager you will:
