As Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager (deputizing when required) in managing the daily operation of the store to ensure our customers have an amazing experience. You will also work to maximize sales, maintain store standards, and motivate your team. By exceeding customer expectations and delivering on Primark’s proposition (maximizing joy at minimum cost), you’ll drive store sales to achieve target goals. Assistant Store Managers have the power to impact the business daily, by managing inventory, moving product in accordance with customer demand, and by being commercial – knowing what is trending and ordering merchandise daily to drive sales.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 4 years of prior experience in retail leadership in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Our Assistant Store Managers typically join us with retail experience as either a Store Manager or an Assistant Store Manager.
The pay range for this role is: $75,400–$88,400. This is a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The base pay rate offered will account for internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region of work, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
