Job summary

AT&T in Gurnee, Illinois, seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, support merchandising, and launch products. You will coach a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals while delivering an extraordinary customer experience.

You’ll partner with a store manager, drive promotional activities and off-site events, and participate in best-in-class training that prepares you for leadership.

From assisting with merchandising and product launches to helping to meet and exceed sales objectives, you’ll ensure that customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services. You'll perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed. And you won’t be in this alone. You’ll gain valuable experience coaching a team of retail sales consultants to ensure they meet sales and service goals.

Our Assistant Store Manager's earn between$53,200-$79,800+ $18,000

in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
