The Assistant Store Manager supports the overall operation of the store with a customer-first focus.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Providing exceptional customer service, greeting customers, assisting with purchases, and operating cash registers.
• Helping with staff supervision by assisting with employee scheduling, training, safety meetings, and ensuring policy compliance.
• Managing merchandise presentation through receiving, stocking, restocking, rotating, and building displays according to planograms.
• Maintaining accurate inventory control by reducing damages, processing markdowns, and managing paperwork.
• Supporting financial integrity through cash register accountability, key control, refunds, overrides, and deposit processing.
• Assisting in store operations, including opening and closing the store, and managing tasks in the Store Manager’s absence.
